Core Responsibilities & Duties Scope Access Anchor: Key holder duties, managing alarm systems, and securely locking up and opening the premises. Maintenance Mechanic: Performing routine minor repairs (DIY, basic plumbing/electrics), and reporting larger maintenance needs to the Site Manager. Presentation Partner: Ensuring internal areas, external grounds, and teaching spaces are kept tidy, safe, and fit for use.
