Core Responsibilities & Teaching Scope Innovation Leader: Instructing Design Technology across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 (GCSE) only. Materials Maven: Driving high attainment by cultivating strong practical workshop skills, technical drawing, and material knowledge. Workshop Manager: Overseeing workshop safety, managing equipment, and preparing resources for practical lessons. Compensation & Benefits Essential Requirements: Hold or be soon to obtain QTS. Relevant Degree in Design Technology or related field. Salary: Excellent salary paid on the national Teachers' Pay Scale (M/UPS).
