Insurance Operations Analyst

About the position

Key Responsibilities: Independently handling complex insurance-related tasks across multiple client systems. Reviewing operational challenges, improving workflows, and ensuring adherence to compliance standards. Strengthening client relationships by responding to inquiries, understanding client needs, and delivering a positive customer experience. Conducting audits and issue resolution to identify process gaps and maintain regulatory compliance. Designing and facilitating training programs, including developing training plans, overseeing processes, and mentoring junior trainers. Creating, maintaining, and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training materials to support operational objectives. Applying quality assurance practices to ensure processes consistently meet client expectations and quality benchmarks. Assisting with additional operational tasks such as data analysis, reporting, and onboarding new clients or processes. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in any discipline At least 1–2 years of experience in insurance operations or a related industry Strong written communication skills, particularly in email correspondence Excellent analytical, problem-solving, time management, and organizational abilities Proven experience in developing and maintaining SOPs and technical or procedural documentation Background in quality assurance, including process review and optimization Knowledge of operational excellence (OPEX) and compliance frameworks Experience in Insurance Level 1 processes
