About the position

Site Location: Pahang / Selangor Job Types: Full-time, Contract Contract length: 12 months (with potential to turn permanent) Company Background: Construction ( geotechnical & infrastructure projects ) Office Location: Puchong, Selangor Position Title: Site Supervisor / Site Engineer Working days: Monday - Saturday (8:15am - 5:30pm) Salary: Basic RM3,000 - RM6,000 (Depends on years of experience) Benefits: Phone Allowance Outpatient Medical Coverage Group Insurance Accommodation provided (for outstation) Job Scope: Supervise daily construction site activities Ensure work follows drawings, specifications, and schedules Monitor and enforce site safety rules and regulations Inspect work quality and resolve on-site issues Track progress and report to project manager Maintain site records and daily reports Job Requirement: Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering 3 - 5 years of working experience in civil engineering Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply Knowledge in site management, particularly in geotechnical and infrastructure works Able to work independently with minimal supervision Willing to travel to project sites when required Only shortlisted candidates will be notified Interested candidate may apply online or email your updated resume to: xiaoping@ talentrecruit.com.my
