About the position

Summary Leads the People & Culture function across multiple brands, aligning HR strategy with business objectives to drive talent excellence, strong culture, compliance, and a positive employee experience that supports sustainable growth. Key Responsibilities Define and execute HR strategy aligned with organizational vision, values, and growth plans. Lead talent acquisition, workforce planning, succession, and leadership development. Oversee employee relations, labor compliance, and HR governance. Manage compensation, benefits, job architecture, and HR operations. Champion culture, engagement, and employee experience initiatives. Partner with executive leadership on organization design and key business decisions. Qualifications Bachelors degree in HR, Psychology, or related field; Masters preferred. 15+ years of senior HR leadership experience, preferably in hospitality or multi-site environments. Strong expertise in labor relations, organizational development, and talent management. Proven leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
