Maintenance Manager / Maintenance Supervisor Screening partner: Cotalent Role Snapshot Location: Quang Ngai – Vietnam, on-site Employment type: Full-time Reporting line: Factory Production Director & Technical Manager Team scope: Leads 10–15 technicians Role Purpose & Success Outcomes Purpose: Ensure production machinery reliability and continuous improvement of equipment performance. Machine downtime meets agreed benchmarks Technical issues are resolved efficiently Equipment documentation remains accurate and current Key Responsibilities Install, modify, and maintain sewing and production machines Diagnose mechanical issues impacting productivity Coordinate with machine suppliers on specifications and improvements Maintain technical drawings, manuals, and documentation Plan and execute technical improvement projects Candidate Profile Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronic, or Manufacturing Engineering 3+ years experience with sewing and apparel production machinery Strong knowledge of tools, hardware design, and technical drawings English proficiency required Application Process — Powered by Cotalent Within 30 minutes of applying, youll receive a tailored questionnaire from Cotalent.
