Business Process Management Lead - OPEX

About the position

Key Responsibilities Lead structured workshops to assess and document current and future-state business processes. Review and validate process documentation, ensuring readiness for implementation and change. Guide fit–gap assessments and recommend process harmonization or enhancements where needed. Evaluate the impact of process changes on policies, procedures, and internal controls. Provide oversight and approval for solution designs and significant process updates. Facilitate resolution of cross-functional issues and drive alignment across stakeholders. Qualifications 5–10 years of experience in business process management, transformation, or related roles. Leadership exposure in at least one large-scale enterprise system implementation. Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes (e.g., procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, record-to-report, logistics). Experience with policy development, governance, and compliance frameworks. Demonstrated ability to lead workshops and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
