Fabric Manager /Specialist Screening partner: Cotalent Role Snapshot Location: Quang Ngai – Vietnam, on-site Employment type: Full-time Reporting line: Factory QA Manager Team scope: Individual contributor with team supervision support Role Purpose & Success Outcomes Purpose: Own fabric quality performance across suppliers and internal processes. Fabric defect rates are reduced Supplier performance is evaluated and improved Fabric inspection documentation is consistent and accurate Key Responsibilities Diagnose and resolve fabric quality issues Implement preventive measures to reduce defects Assess and evaluate fabric suppliers Train and support fabric quality teams Review and communicate fabric test results Candidate Profile Technical education in Textile Technology or equivalent Strong woven fabric knowledge for functional wear Ability to interpret test reports and explain issues clearly English proficiency required Application Process — Powered by Cotalent Within 30 minutes of applying, youll receive a tailored questionnaire from Cotalent.
