Warehouse Manager /Supervisor Screening partner: Cotalent Role Snapshot Location: Quang Ngai – Vietnam, on-site Employment type: Full-time Reporting line: Factory Production Director & Accounts Department Team scope: Manages 20–30 warehouse operators Role Purpose & Success Outcomes Purpose: Ensure accurate, efficient warehouse operations across materials, semi-finished, and finished goods. Inventory accuracy meets agreed standards Stock turnover and reporting are reliable Warehouse SOPs are consistently followed Key Responsibilities Supervise daily warehouse operations Implement and maintain WMS processes Monitor stock movements and inventory levels Prepare reports and reviews for management Establish SOPs and performance standards Train and evaluate warehouse staff Candidate Profile Diploma or higher in Warehouse or Logistics Management 3+ years supervisory experience in large factories Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) English communication skills required Application Process — Powered by Cotalent Within 30 minutes of applying, youll receive a tailored questionnaire from Cotalent.
