Engagement & Pedagogy: Employ engaging and differentiated teaching strategies particularly suited to motivating boys, translating technical skills into creative confidence. Curriculum Development: Contribute actively to the refinement of a challenging curriculum that encourages conceptual thinking and technical mastery across diverse media. Exhibition & Enrichment: Oversee and manage student entries for exhibitions, competitions, and internal displays, running an active co-curricular club (e.g., photography, printmaking).
