An Outstanding Ofsted-rated mixed’ secondary school in Merton (ages 11–18) is seeking a dedicated and creative Business Teacher (ECT) to join their successful Business Department from January 2026. The Role As a Business ECT, you will: Teach engaging and well-planned lessons across Key Stages 4 and 5. Contribute to the ongoing success of a collaborative and high-achieving Business Department. Requirements Is completing their PGCE or equivalent qualification and will hold QTS by January 2026. Has a genuine passion for Business and for helping young people reach their potential. Demonstrates creativity, enthusiasm, and a commitment to continuous improvement. Is a strong communicator with excellent classroom management skills.
