About the Role An Independent school in Haringey seeks an enthusiastic Business Studies Teacher to join their business and economics department. You'll deliver engaging business studies lessons across Key Stages 3-5, preparing students for the world of work. Responsibilities Plan and deliver engaging Business Studies Teacher lessons, covering core business concepts such as marketing, finance, and human resources. Prepare students for examinations and assessments. Develop students' understanding of business principles and entrepreneurial skills. Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support. Contribute to the development of the business studies curriculum and resources. Organise and lead business-related extracurricular activities, such as business simulations and guest speaker events. Requirements Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a specialism in Business Studies. Proven experience in teaching business studies at secondary level. Strong subject knowledge and an understanding of the business world. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to inspire and motivate students.
