We’re growing and looking for a Podcast Relations Manager to join our dynamic team! In this role, you’ll be involved in every stage of the podcast booking process: from onboarding clients to pitching, booking, and coordinating podcast interviews. What You’ll Do: - Research, vet, and pitch podcasts that align with client goals - Book and schedule podcast interviews - Communicate clearly and promptly with clients, podcast hosts, and internal teams - Maintain strong client relationships and support their goals throughout each campaign - Coordinate logistics to ensure a seamless booking experience - Act as the liaison between podcast guests and hosts What You Bring: - 1-2 years of experience in client service roles, preferably from agencies. - Strong communication, presentation, written and problem-solving skills - Exceptional attention to detail and self-direction - Excellent organizational skills, capable of managing priorities and meeting deadlines. - A genuine passion for podcasts both from a strategic and personal perspective
