About the position
A large and inclusive secondary school in Telford is looking to appoint a committed Attendance & Pastoral Administrator to support student wellbeing and engagement from January 2026 . The Role This role sits within the pastoral team and plays a vital part in monitoring attendance, safeguarding pupils and supporting families. Responsibilities include: Daily attendance monitoring and first-day absence calls Liaising with Heads of Year and safeguarding staff Preparing attendance reports and intervention summaries Supporting meetings with parents and external agencies Maintaining accurate records and confidential files The School The school has strong pastoral systems, clear behaviour expectations and a genuine commitment to student welfare.
