£50,000 📋 Marketing 🏬 University Partnerships Location: Hybrid (2 / 3 days in the office) native has been building for 10 years, but we're still very much a startup: fast-moving, ambitious, and building with intent. We’re an AI-driven student engagement platform that connects students, Students’ Unions, universities, and advertisers through a managed marketplace. With our model proven in the UK, we’re expanding into the US. The timing matters. Campus teams are under pressure: budgets are tighter, retention is a growing focus, and expectations to evidence engagement are rising. At the same time, brands are demanding clearer outcomes and more accountable routes to students. native sits at the intersection of these needs. We help campus partners increase student engagement and make better decisions, whilst also securing sustainable funding. For advertisers, we deliver meaningful, measurable access to student audiences. When these incentives are aligned, engagement improves, funding becomes more resilient, and the model scales. That’s what we’re building now - and why this role matters. The Opportunity This role exists to enable partner acquisition and drive adoption of native’s campus offering through a field-led, relationship-based GTM motion. In the UK, we already know what works. We’re continuing to invest in our product to help campus partners improve engagement and student outcomes, and this role plays a key part in ensuring those tools are trusted, adopted, and actively used by Students’ Unions. That same approach is then taken into the US in a more streamlined form. Our offering is lighter weight, but the fundamentals remain the same: showing up in the right places, building credibility, and landing the meetings that lead to new partnerships. The UK is the blueprint, which you’ll adapt thoughtfully for the US. You’ll manage one direct report and remain very hands on. This is a delivery-focused role, where you’ll design, run, and refine the programs yourself. What you’ll be working on Own campus adoption and utilisation - Build trust and drive active use of native’s products across UK Students’ Union partners, helping teams understand the value and get real benefit from what we’re building. Support partnership growth in the US - Build awareness and credibility through events, relationships, content, and follow-up nurture, turning early US partnerships into proof points that unlock state-level expansion. Run a field-led GTM motion across both markets - Design and deliver field marketing programs across the UK and US, , applying a proven approach and adapting where needed. Deliver programs end-to-end - Plan, execute, iterate and report on marketing programs yourself, staying close to outcomes. Turn partner insight into better execution - Feed campus feedback into clearer messaging, enablement, and launch support for new products and modules. Lead a small team with a high bar - Manage and develop one direct report, setting clear priorities and maintaining strong delivery standards. Work as part of the GTM system - Partner closely with Campus Partnerships, Product, and wider GTM to ensure campaigns land cleanly and deliver result s. What we’re looking for Have experience in education or edtech and understand how campus organisations actually make decisions and what earns trust in those environments. Lead with field presence and relationships, using marketing to support both new partnership acquisition and ongoing adoption. Be confident and credible in senior campus rooms, from Students’ Unions to university leadership. Build and run clear, end-to-end programs that move partners from first contact to active engagement. Think in systems and journeys, not one-off campaigns or events. Hold a high bar for delivery and outcomes, measuring success through new partnerships, product usage, and partner momentum.
