An ambitious Nottingham primary is recruiting an experienced Year 6 Teacher to lead upper KS2 on a Full-Time basis from January 2026. The successful Year 6 Teacher will take part in planning prior to January 2026, attend induction in January 2026, and teach from January 2026 as the Year 6 Teacher. The Year 6 Teacher will analyse assessment data, present progress to parents and lead moderation sessions, preparing materials before January 2026 and implementing them from January 2026. Candidate essentials — Year 6 Teacher We require a Year 6 Teacher with QTS, a strong track record in Upper KS2 and the ability to manage SATs preparation and pastoral transition. The Year 6 Teacher must be available for pre-term planning prior to January 2026, induction in January 2026, and to teach from January 2026 as the Full-Time Year 6 Teacher.
