About the position

Maintaining high customer satisfaction through professional and courteous communication. Job Requirements: Excellent writing and verbal communication skills in Polish and English . Strong attention to detail. Good technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle unexpected changes and customer concerns with professionalism.
