Customer Support Specialist - Polish - Remote in Greece

About the position

Position: Customer Expert Work model: Remote Location: Greece Employment type: Full-time What You Will Be Doing: Handling incoming phone calls, messages, and emails from customers. Providing information and assistance on products, including vacuum cleaners, air purifiers, hair care tools, and more. Troubleshooting technical issues and offering solutions to customer inquiries. Processing warranty claims, repairs, and replacements. Offering product recommendations based on customer needs and preferences. Maintaining high customer satisfaction through professional and courteous communication. Job Requirements: Excellent writing and verbal communication skills in Polish and English . Strong attention to detail. Good technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle unexpected changes and customer concerns with professionalism.
