This program enables you to: Learn and apply a proven recruitment and client acquisition methodology Use CRM tools, branded pitch materials, and working templates Build your own client and candidate base internationally Earn commission per successful recruitment or staffing case Grow into a leadership or coordination role based on your achievements Please note: While Target Vision provides tools, training, and mentoring, you are expected to proactively build your own network and client base. This program is ideal for individuals who are entrepreneurial and want to work independently under a supportive umbrella. 🎓 What’s included in the program? 2.5-hour onboarding training (online via Teams, in a small group) Access to CRM, branded materials, and support documentation Ongoing peer mentorship and expert network support Clear, step-by-step guide to start recruiting confidently 💡 A one-time onboarding and materials fee applies. Highly motivated, independent individuals interested in recruitment, sales, or talent acquisition Comfortable working remotely as a freelancer (e.g., via Eezy, Ukko.fi or similar platforms) Confident using English in professional communication (written and spoken) No previous recruitment experience required – training and tools are provided Business mindset and strong communication skills are a plus 💰 How you earn Commission-based earnings from each successful recruitment or staffing project No fixed monthly fees – you earn based on results Tools and systems to help you manage your candidate and client pipeline Your income grows as you actively engage and expand your network 🚀 Ready to apply?
