Insights & Presentation Specialist – Johannesburg, Remote / Hybrid – R15 000 CTC The Opportunity We are recruiting an Insights & Presentation Specialist to bring media analysis to life for PR and corporate communications teams. This client-facing role combines data, storytelling, and presentation, translating complex insights into clear, compelling narratives for senior audiences. Ideal for someone who thrives in presentations, enjoys client engagement, and excels at making complex information easy to understand. Key Responsibilities Present media analysis reports to clients (virtual and occasional in-person). Translate complex insights into clear, engaging, and actionable narratives. Lead live Q&A sessions and act as a trusted client contact during reporting. Collaborate with analysts to strengthen report storytelling and presentation flow. Capture client feedback and support light refinement of PowerPoint decks. Essential Skills & Experience Strong presentation and communication skills with confidence in senior-facing environments. Ability to quickly understand and explain data and analytical insights. Advanced PowerPoint skills and comfort with Zoom / MS Teams. Well-organised, prepared, and collaborative working style. Desirable Experience Client-facing experience in PR, communications, media analysis, research, or professional services. Understanding of media and PR metrics (e.g. sentiment, share of voice, AVE).
