Marketing Customer Support (B2B) – Arabic (Egypt, Jordan & UAE) + English | Lisbon (On-site) Are you experienced in digital marketing and paid campaigns and ready to support advertisers in a fast-paced B2B environment? Join an on-site Marketing Customer Support team in Lisbon and work closely with advertisers using online advertising solutions. *Relocation is possible only for candidates who already hold a valid Portuguese/EU work permit.* Position Details Location: Lisbon, Portugal (On-site) Start Date: 29 January 2026 Working Hours Initial phase: Monday – Sunday | 07:00 – 19:00 2 shifts: 07:00 – 16:00 10:00 – 19:00 Later stage (TBC): 24/7 rotational shifts (Monday – Sunday) 2 rotating days off Compensation Base salary: €985 gross / month (14 months) Complexity Bonus: €80 / month (11 months) Role Overview Provide B2B customer support to advertisers , focusing on paid campaigns and digital advertising products, while ensuring high service quality and advertiser satisfaction. Key Requirements Arabic: Fluent (Egypt, Jordan, or UAE market) English: Good working proficiency Mandatory experience in paid campaign management Degree in Marketing or a related field Experience in Digital Marketing Previous experience in a Contact Centre or Service Program within an Advertising Tech company Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital advertising basics Customer service–oriented mindset Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Valid work permit required (relocation considered only for legally eligible candidates) Why Apply?
