SENCO – Highly Respected Secondary School – High Wycombe – September Start Location: High Wycombe Contract: Full-Time, Permanent Salary: MPS/UPS + SEN Allowance A well-respected secondary school in High Wycombe is seeking an experienced and passionate SENCO to lead their SEN provision. Work closely with teachers, support staff, parents, and external agencies. Develop and implement strategies to support students with additional needs. Oversee EHCPs and ensure appropriate interventions are in place. Who We’re Looking For: A qualified SENCO with the National Award for SEN Coordination (or working towards it). Strong knowledge of SEN policies and best practices. Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills. Enhanced DBS Check (or willingness to obtain one).
