About the position

An exciting opportunity has become available for a motivated and enthusiastic Psychology/Sociology Teacher to join a renowned school in Brentwood. This full-time, permanent position is set to start in September, and we welcome applications from both experienced Psychology/Sociology Teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs). The Role We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Psychology/Sociology Teacher who is confident teaching Key Stages 4/5. You will become part of a well-established and high-achieving department, collaborating closely with the Head of Psychology/Sociology and fellow team members to support and inspire students. The ideal candidate will have excellent subject knowledge, a genuine enthusiasm for teaching, and the ability to make a positive impact on students’ mathematical development. Requirements A degree in Psychology/Sociology or a related field PGCE or QTS Ability to teach Psychology/Sociology KS4/5 Salary The Psychology/Sociology Teacher offers a permanent contract with a salary paid in line with the MPS/UPS scale (MPS1 to UPS3).
