German Speaking Junior Customer Support Representative

About the position

Job Responsibilities: Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and solutions . Ensure excellent customer experience and satisfaction. Maintain accurate records and follow up on customer requests. Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality support . Requirements: Fluent German (written and spoken) & good English skills. EU citizenship OR valid work permit (full-purpose, specific-purpose, or refugee protection certificate). Strong communication and problem-solving skills . No prior experience needed – entry-level position.
