Job Description: Customer Support Representative (Norwegian-Speaking) Location: Greece (Remote) Experience Level: Entry Level Schedule: Full-Time About the Role We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented Norwegian-Speaking Customer Support Representatives to join our team in Athens. This is a fantastic opportunity for entry-level candidates to start their careers in a dynamic and multicultural environment, helping customers from the Norwegian-speaking market with their inquiries and issues. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner. Assist customers with product-related questions, technical issues, and general support. Resolve customer issues or escalate to appropriate teams for further assistance. Accurately document customer interactions and track progress in the CRM system. Work towards achieving customer satisfaction and performance metrics. Contribute to team goals and collaborate with colleagues to improve the customer experience. Qualifications & Skills Language Skills: Native or fluent in Norwegian; proficiency in English (B2 or higher). Strong communication skills and a passion for providing excellent customer service. Positive attitude and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations. No prior experience required – full training and support will be provided. Basic computer skills and the ability to adapt to new systems quickly. A collaborative team player with a desire to learn and grow in the company.
