Transshipment Executive

About the position

Company Background: We are representing a global leader in freight forwarding, supply chain consultancy, and logistics technology. In Malaysia, they operate as a key node in a global network that spans over 100 countries, specialising in moving goods via air, ocean, and road while leveraging advanced technology to provide real-time visibility. Key Responsibilities: Assist to prepare transshipment documentations Reporting and data entry Coordinate all shipping requirements in respect to transshipments Prepare and check through t/s documentation. Attend to customers inquiries pertaining to rates and assist in queries/bookings/follow ups/complaints Track shipments and updates Manage and follow-up on any discrepancies Any other duties as assigned by the Management Requirements: 2 years of related experience, preferably in Freight Forwarding/Transportation/Logistics industry Fresh school leavers with the right aptitude are welcomed to apply Proficient in MS-Office applications Prior experience with Cargowise system not essential but would be a bonus Proficient in Basic English and Basic Chinese Organised and meticulous Great sense of responsibilities and commitment Strong customer relations and interpersonal skills Willing to learn Team player Job Details Location: USJ 25, Subang Jaya Working Hours: Monday to Friday (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM) Interested candidates can apply online or send you resume to ryan@talentrecruit.com.my Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
