About the position

Sales & Marketing Manager Location: KCN An Phat, Hai Duong / Hai Phong, Vietnam Key Responsibilities Identify, develop, and acquire new customers in key industries including automotive, medical devices, industrial electronics, and consumer technology. Manage the full sales cycle for new accounts, from initial contact, capability presentation, RFQ handling, negotiation to contract closure. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, particularly Japanese customers, building long-term, trust-based strategic partnerships. Lead and support technical discussions with customers, ensuring requirements are clearly understood and translated into actionable project plans. Coordinate closely with internal teams (engineering, supply chain, project management) to ensure smooth project handover and successful execution. Monitor the Vietnam EMS market, including competitor activities, pricing trends, and emerging technologies. Gather customer feedback and work with internal teams to drive continuous improvement in service quality and product offerings. Qualifications & Experience Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred. Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or business development within EMS, ODM, or OEM industries. Proven B2B sales track record in EMS or related sectors such as electronic components or contract manufacturing. Experience working with Japanese companies or Japanese customers is highly preferred. Solid knowledge of electronics manufacturing processes, including PCBA, SMT, testing, and supply chain operations. Strong self-motivation, proactive mindset, and entrepreneurial can-do attitude. Excellent negotiation, presentation, communication, and influencing skills. Business-fluent proficiency in Japanese and English (spoken and written). Willingness to travel as required by business needs. Working Conditions & Benefits Working hours: Monday to Friday and 2 Saturdays per month, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Salary & benefits: Competitive salary with housing allowance. Bonus: Annual discretionary bonus based on company and individual performance.
