Job Title: Senior Marketing Strategist Location: Makati, Philippines Work Setup: Onsite Schedule: Monday to Friday, Morning shift Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Marketing Strategist to lead our marketing and content initiatives. The ideal candidate will combine data-driven insights with creative strategy to drive measurable growth, elevate brand presence, and optimize multi-channel campaigns. This role requires strong collaboration with creative, media, and analytics teams, ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute end-to-end marketing strategies aligned with business goals. Oversee multi-channel campaigns including digital, social, content, and events. Translate market research and analytics into actionable insights for campaign planning and budget allocation. Collaborate with creative teams to ensure messaging consistency and innovative storytelling. Provide mentorship, guidance, and constructive feedback to junior marketing and content staff. Optimize marketing workflows, timelines, and resource allocation. Monitor KPIs, evaluate campaign performance, and implement improvements. Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and external partners. Stay updated on marketing trends, tools, and AI-driven solutions to enhance strategy. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; Masters preferred. Minimum 6 years of experience in marketing strategy or content leadership roles. Strong understanding of multimedia campaigns, social media, digital marketing, and ROI-based budget planning. Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills. Proven ability to manage projects across multiple teams and meet deadlines. Analytical mindset with experience leveraging data to drive decisions. Familiarity with marketing analytics tools, AI solutions, and media planning platforms.
