About the position
Location: Taguig Work Schedule: Monday to Friday; Dayshift; Onsite Key Responsibilities: Maintain and ensure accuracy of master data (customers, products, suppliers) to support pricing, contracts, and rebate processes Support pricing operations, including base prices, discounts, and special terms, ensuring alignment with agreements and approvals Manage contract financial terms, ensuring terms, pricing, and rebates are accurately reflected and compliant Oversee rebate programs, including calculation, accruals, reporting, and reconciliation with contracts Partner with Finance, Sales, Legal, and Operations to provide decision support, financial insights, and process improvements Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 8+ years of experience in Accounting or Finance, with at least 4 years in a team leadership role Strong experience with SAP or similar ERP systems Proven expertise in master data management, pricing operations, contract terms, and rebate/revenue processes Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills Ability to prioritize tasks, guide team decisions, and drive process improvementsPlace of work
