Job Title: Conversion & Retention Agents - Japanese Desk Location: Limassol, Cyprus Join Our Team in Cyprus! Position Overview: We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Conversion & Retention Agents for our Japanese Desk to join our dynamic team in Limassol, Cyprus. The ideal candidates will have a proven track record in retention or sales, with a strong focus on client satisfaction and retention. Key Responsibilities: Drive customer retention and satisfaction through proactive engagement and support. Understand client needs to enhance their overall experience and increase loyalty. Qualifications: Minimum of 1+ years of experience in a similar position FX Industry a must Fluent in Japanese (written and spoken); proficiency in English is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Previous experience on the Japanese desk in Cyprus is highly desirable.
