Supplier Quality Assurance Technologist – Atlantis, Cape Town – Market Related We are recruiting for a Supplier Quality Assurance Technologist to join a well-established organisation in the food manufacturing sector. This is a senior technical role , suited to someone who is confident, detail-driven, and passionate about food safety and compliance. Key responsibilities: Act as a gatekeeper of the quality management system Ensure supplier compliance, auditing, and certification standards Manage and verify documentation such as Certificates of Compliance and Analysis Support operational teams with quality and legal compliance requirements Requirements: Qualification in Food Science or Food Technology Strong technical background with a solid understanding of quality systems Sound knowledge of food safety legislation and quality compliance Excellent interpersonal skills with the resilience to handle challenging stakeholders Confident, assertive communicator in pressurised environments Advantageous experience: Background in the protein industry (meat, fish, dairy, etc.) Proven experience within the broader food manufacturing industry This is a great opportunity for a quality professional ready to step into a more senior, compliance-focused role.
