IAM Business Analyst

About the role We are expanding our capabilities within Identity & Access Management (IAM) and are looking for professionals ranging from IAM Business Analysts to senior IAM Architects. You will work at the intersection of security, technology and business, helping organizations design, govern and evolve their identity and access solutions. Depending on your background, your focus may be on architecture and strategy or business analysis, requirements and stakeholder collaboration. You will be part of security-critical environments where identity, access and compliance are central. Fluency in Swedish is required for this role. What you will do Analyze business and security needs related to IAM Translate requirements into IAM solutions and processes Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams Facilitate workshops and requirement gathering Create documentation such as requirements, process flows and solution descriptions Support testing and quality assurance of IAM solutions Contribute to IAM governance, compliance and long-term strategy Your profile You likely have 5+ years of experience within IAM, access management or identity-related security and experience in areas such as: Identity & Access Management platforms Identity lifecycle, governance and access management RBAC / ABAC policy models SSO, federation and authentication mechanisms Zero Trust and security frameworks IAM integrations across enterprise systems For analyst-oriented roles we value requirements management, workshops and agile work with tools like Jira or Confluence.
