About the position
A vibrant and creative 11–16 school in Market Harborough is seeking an energetic Drama ECT to join its Performing Arts department from January 2026 . The Role You’ll teach Drama across KS3–KS4 , supporting students in developing performance skills, confidence and creativity. Lessons balance practical exploration with structured theory elements, and ECTs are supported with clear lesson frameworks and shared schemes.
