Based in Sofia with a hybrid work model, youll be the main point of contact for clients, guiding them, solving problems, and building long-term relationships that drive satisfaction and loyalty. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a multicultural environment and enjoys collaborating with teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences. What Youll Do Support Italian-speaking clients as their primary point of contact. Provide guidance, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth customer journey. Monitor client satisfaction and offer actionable recommendations. Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and processes. Track and report on client metrics to identify trends and opportunities. What You Bring Fluent Italian (written and spoken). Strong English communication skills (written and spoken). Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setup . Proactive, organized, and collaborative personality.
