About the Role: We are seeking an enthusiastic and ambitious Maths ECT to join a thriving secondary school in Essex , rated Ofsted Outstanding . This is an exceptional opportunity for an early-career teacher to develop professionally within a supportive and high-achieving environment. You will teach Mathematics across KS3 to KS5 , engaging students through creative teaching methods that promote problem-solving, logical reasoning, and curiosity for the subject. Key Responsibilities: • Deliver engaging, well-structured lessons across KS3–KS5. • Encourage a positive attitude to learning and build mathematical confidence. • Assess, monitor, and track student progress to ensure high achievement. • Contribute to departmental planning and enrichment activities, such as Maths Challenges and clubs. • Participate in school-wide CPD and mentoring programmes. About the School: This large, Outstanding secondary school serves approximately 1,200 students aged 11–18, with a thriving Sixth Form.
