Service Advisor | Aftersales Advisor Location: Oldham Salary: £28,500 - £35,000 OTE Hours of work: Monday to Friday 8am to 5:30pm and Saturdays on a rota. This role offers the best of both worlds, as you will be split between our busy Oldham and Stockport dealerships . As a Service Advisor, you'll be the face of our service department, ensuring every customer has a smooth and excellent journey. Your responsibilities will include: Maximising Service Sales: Use your exceptional communication skills to confidently upsell additional products, services, and repair work. Customer Support: Deliver product knowledge and support to our valued customers, ensuring their needs are met with a high degree of care. System Management: Ensure all systems and documentation are completed with high accuracy, maintaining a well-organised workflow. We are seeking a candidate with a strong customer-first mindset and a passion for cars: Automotive Experience: Knowledge and experience within the automotive industry is essential. Customer-Facing Skills: Proven experience in a busy customer-facing role. IT Literate: The ability to use various company systems with confidence. Team Player: A willingness to support your team during busy and challenging periods. Organisational Skills: The ability to manage your workload efficiently and with excellent attention to detail.
