The Role As a KS1 Teacher, you will teach pupils in Year 1 or Year 2 , creating a stimulating classroom environment that promotes engagement, curiosity, and resilience. You will plan, deliver, and assess high-quality lessons across all curriculum areas, with a particular focus on English, mathematics, and foundation subjects. You will also support pupils’ social, emotional, and behavioural development, helping them to develop confidence, independence, and interpersonal skills. Collaboration with teaching assistants, the SENCO, and senior leadership will ensure pupils with additional needs are fully supported and included.
