About the position

About the role We are looking for a German-speaking Customer Support Representative to join an international team based on-site in Lisbon . You will be responsible for delivering high-quality support and ensuring an excellent customer experience for German-speaking clients. Responsibilities Provide customer support in German via phone, email, or chat Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and product-related questions Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality Accurately document customer interactions and solutions Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues Requirements Native or fluent German (C1/C2 level) Good level of English (B2 or higher) Strong communication and problem-solving skills Customer-oriented mindset Ability to work on-site in Lisbon Previous customer support experience is a plus, but not mandatory What we offer Competitive salary package International and multicultural work environment Training and career development opportunities Work and live in Lisbon , one of Europe’s most vibrant cities
