Job Title: Project Manager Location: Caribbean (Remote) About the Role We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver medium to large-scale work packages within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing projects using Agile methodologies, ensuring timely delivery, and driving collaboration across cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and deliver projects using Agile principles. Manage medium to large work packages from initiation to completion. Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies. Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, priorities, and deliverables. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Ensure alignment with organizational goals and maintain transparency through reporting. Develop and maintain project documentation, including roadmaps, timelines, and status reports. Coordinate with product owners and technical teams to ensure backlog refinement and prioritization. Manage dependencies across multiple teams and projects. Drive continuous improvement by analyzing metrics and implementing best practices. Ensure compliance with organizational standards and governance frameworks. Mentor and coach team members on Agile principles and practices. Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate effective communication across all levels. Qualifications & Experience 3–5 years of experience in Agile project management. PMP Certification is mandatory. Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe). Proven ability to manage medium to large-scale projects successfully. Experience working with distributed or cross-functional teams. Proficiency in Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, or similar platforms. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing priorities. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resource allocation effectively. Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and DevOps practices is a plus. Certification in Agile (e.g., CSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe Agilist) highly desirable. Bachelors degree in Project Management, Business Administration, IT, or related field; Masters degree is an advantage. Deep understanding of Agile principles, frameworks, and best practices. Knowledge of project governance, risk management, and compliance standards. Familiarity with business process improvement and change management methodologies. Understanding of resource planning, capacity management, and financial tracking. Awareness of emerging trends in Agile, digital transformation, and project delivery
