Why This Role? We are looking for a Manager – Service & Maintenance (Technical Support Services) on behalf of our client. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity within a well-established oilfield services organization. The selected candidate will oversee key technical divisions; engineering, maintenance, and asset integrity, ensuring operational reliability, efficiency, and compliance. You will play a pivotal role in driving preventive maintenance strategy, modernization efforts, and continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities Define and execute the Technical Support Services strategy in line with corporate objectives, driving operational excellence and digital transformation. Lead engineering, maintenance, and reliability initiatives, including design, troubleshooting, commissioning of new units, preventive/predictive maintenance, and standardization of practices. Ensure asset integrity, technical compliance, and HSE standards, implementing risk-based inspection and lifecycle management programs. Manage, mentor, and develop technical teams, oversee project prioritization, budgeting, and performance reporting, and represent the function in board-level reviews and audits. What We’re Looking For in You: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering (Master’s preferred). Minimum 15 years’ experience in engineering, maintenance, and asset integrity management. At least 5 years in a senior leadership role within industrial or oilfield environments. Expertise in SAP EAM, Maximo, or similar asset management systems. Lean/Six Sigma certification (Black Belt preferred). Strong understanding of international standards and regulatory frameworks. Proven track record of leading digital and operational transformation initiatives.
