The Year 4 Teacher will begin pre-term planning ahead of January 2026 , attend induction during January 2026 , and lead a Year 4 class from January 2026 as a Full-Time Year 4 Teacher . Year 4 Teacher Requirements • QTS and solid KS2 experience as a Year 4 Teacher . • Strong subject knowledge, clear behaviour strategies and an evidence-informed approach expected of the Year 4 Teacher . • A collaborative Year 4 Teacher who will join induction, CPD and planning prior to the January 2026 start and teach full-time from January 2026 .
