About the position

Travel Consultant – Remote (Lithuania)

We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Danish speakers Travel Consultant to join our team in a remote position based in Lithuania.

As a Travel Consultant, you will assist customers with travel-related inquiries, provide expert guidance, and ensure an excellent customer experience throughout the booking process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with travel planning, bookings, and itinerary changes

• Provide accurate information regarding flights, accommodations, and travel policies

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

• Resolve issues efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel products and destinations

Requirements:

• Previous experience in travel, tourism, or customer service (preferred)

• Strong communication skills

• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills

• Legal right to work in Lithuania
