About the position
Role Summary
The Customer Care Specialist supports all clients by helping with detailed travel research, coordinating reservations, and ensuring booking details are accurate and complete. This role focuses on customer service, booking coordination, and administrative accuracy in a remote setting.
Primary Responsibilities
Assist clients with organizing and coordinating personalized plans
Research, compare, and confirm reservation options using approved systems
Provide accurate information and thoughtful recommendations based on client preferences and budget
Communicate professionally with clients through email, phone, and messaging platforms
Manage updates, changes, and service-related concerns in a timely manner
Maintain detailed and accurate client records and documentation
Participate in training, meetings, and professional development
