About the position

Russian-Speaking On-Camera Host – Bucharest, Romania

We are currently looking for Russian-speaking On-Camera Hosts to join an international team in Bucharest, Romania. This is a full-time, permanent position with an attractive salary package, bonuses, and relocation support.

Work Schedule

• 3 rotating shifts per month

• 5 working days per week, 2 days off

• Working days may include weekends and public holidays

• Work intervals of 1.5 to max. 2 hours, followed by 30-minute breaks

Salary & Benefits

First 9 months:

• €828 net / month

• €1,418 gross / month

After 9 months:

• €1,008 net / month

• €1,727 gross / month

Bonuses & Allowances:

• Performance bonus after 3-month probation: €609 net

• +25% for night shifts

• +10% for weekend shifts

• +100% for public holiday shifts

Relocation & Visa Support

• Candidates already living in Bucharest: no relocation support

• Candidates living in other Romanian cities: one-time relocation bonus of €487 gross / €285 net, paid with the first salary

• Non-EU candidates: full visa & work permit support, plus complete relocation package, including:

  • Accommodation in a shared 2-bedroom apartment

  • Utilities covered

  • Flight ticket to Bucharest

• 3-month probation period
