Position: Customer Service (Social Media Platform)
Location: São Paulo, Brazil – Central Area (Barra Funda)
Work model: On-site
Start date: 12 February – URGENT

ABOUT THE ROLE

You will work as a Customer Service Advisor supporting users of an international social media platform, providing assistance via chat and email in a multiskilled environment.

The role focuses on user support, basic issue resolution, and delivering a positive and professional customer experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Customer support via chat and email
  • Assist users with general platform-related questions
  • Handle basic issues and follow internal procedures
  • Provide clear, professional, and customer-oriented communication

WORK SCHEDULE

  • Schedule: 5x2 – rotating days off
  • Shifts:
    07:48 – 16:00
    14:00 – 22:12

TRAINING

  • Training schedule: 08:00 – 16:12
  • Duration: approximately 12 days
  • Schedule: 5x2
  • One additional Saturday training day required

SALARY & BENEFITS

Salary: R$ 1,900.00

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum English level A2
