About the position
ATTENTION BRAZIL: SÃO PAULO (CENTRAL AREA) | ON-SITE OPPORTUNITY WITH ENGLISH
IMMEDIATE START – FEBRUARY 17 & MARCH 03
Position: Customer Service Specialist (English)
Location: São Paulo, Brazil – On-site
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide customer support via phone and email
- Handle service-related, billing and payment inquiries
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
- Ensure a high-quality customer experience
WORK SCHEDULE
- Schedule: 5x2 – rotating days off
- Shifts:
08:00 – 16:12
11:50 – 20:00
Paid training:
- Duration: 3–4 weeks
- Monday to Friday
- 09:00 – 18:00
SALARY & BENEFITS
Salary: R$ 2,200.00

REQUIREMENTS
- English level B2 or C1
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
