About the position
Umhlanga, Durban | On-Site | Start Date: April
Are you a South African citizen with German language skills (B2–C2) and ready for an exciting career at the coast? Were hiring on-site German-speaking customer service consultants for a global online retail project.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat
- Assist with online orders, deliveries, and general enquiries
- Deliver professional service in German and English
Requirements
- German proficiency B2–C2 (spoken & written)
- Good command of English
- SA citizenship or right to work in South Africa is required
- Matric / Grade 12 (essential)
- Customer service or call centre experience (retail a plus)
- Willing to work 24/7 rotational shifts (including weekends)
