Location: Barcelona (Hybrid)
Contract: Full-time, Permanent

What Youll Do:

Take charge of large-scale event planningmanage risk, develop scopes, allocate resources, and track milestones.
Act as the main point of contact, liaising with multiple teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Maintain real-time project tracking, document updates, and integrate stakeholder feedback.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to manage staffing, ticketing, and planning for regional summits.
Create and distribute internal communications to keep stakeholders informed.

What Were Looking For:

5+ years in Project Management, ideally within event planning and management.
Strong experience in cross-functional collaboration and working with global teams.
Excellent communication skills in English (native/proficient level).
Strong problem-solving abilities and a knack for building scalable, efficient processes.
