We are currently hiring a German / Dutch Digital Marketing Optimization Specialist to join a fast-growing, multilingual client-facing team supporting projects for a leading global online platform. In this role, you'll act as a trusted advisor, helping advertisers optimize their Google Ads (AdWords) campaigns and maximize performance across multiple digital channels.
You'll work in a modern, professional, and fast-paced environment, collaborating closely with internal teams and global stakeholders. Extensive onboarding and continuous training are provided to help you succeed and grow within an excellence-driven culture.
Your Responsibilities

Build and optimize campaigns for high-value advertising customers

Create keyword packs, bid strategies, and budget recommendations

Analyze performance at account and campaign level

Prepare reports to support optimization strategies

Optimize across Search, Google Search Network, Mobile, and YouTube

Identify growth opportunities and support sales conversations
-
Deliver excellent customer service to Account Leads
Requirements
-
Native or fluent Dutch OR German + minimum B2 English

At least 1 year of hands-on Google Ads experience

Digital marketing or client-facing experience (B2B preferred)

Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
