Huawei is currently looking for several fresh telecom engineering graduates to support its teams in one of these 3 departments:

DEPARTMENT : FRANCE ICT CONSULTING & SYSTEM INTEGRATION (NTD):

• Contribute to the formulation of technical solutions (network, data center, systems) for carrier and enterprise customers, in support of presales and engineering teams.

• Participate in the installation, configuration, and debugging of basic network equipment and systems, ensuring delivery quality, efficiency, and adherence to standards.

• Provide technical support, assist in change management, and contribute to resolving technical problems under the guidance of senior experts.

• Participate in optimizing deployment processes and technical documentation, with a focus on continuous improvement and skills development.

OR

DEPARTMENT : APPLICATION MAINTENANCE AND SUPPORT (AMS):

• Ensure the delivery of network maintenance, spare parts, and managed services. Actively participate in their continuous improvement to guarantee the stability and performance of our clients' networks.

• Respond promptly to technical and security issues. Also contribute to monitoring and supporting the evolution of network solutions throughout their lifecycle with the client.

• Help organize and track maintenance interventions, collaborating with subcontractors when needed, to ensure their quality and efficiency.

DEPARTMENT : PARTNER ENABLEMENT:

• Help implement the partner enablement plan. Assist with training partners on Huawei's products and services, and work to maintain high quality and consistent service delivery from partners.

• Take part in activities to find and select new partners. Help evaluate their capabilities and support the onboarding process, guided by senior team members.

• Collaborate with the delivery and maintenance departments to help integrate partners smoothly and ensure services are delivered effectively on joint projects.

• Contribute to managing partner relationships, assist with coordinating contracts, and help track and report on partner performance.

Requirements:

Basic Requirement

• Education: Master's Degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Telecommunication).

• Excellent communication skills in English and French are mandatory.

• Ability to work in an international business environment.

Technical Knowledge:

• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, systems, and networks.

Soft skills:

• Have good interpersonal and teamwork skills

• Problem-Solving : Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.

Job Location: Boulogne-Billancourt, France

Start date: anytime from now untill december 2026.
