About the position
Attesa Coffee is a start-up specialty green coffee sourcing and distribution company headquartered in Amsterdam, Netherlands. We work directly with producers at the origin to bring our customers (specialty coffee roasters) high quality coffees safely, on-time and consistently with the use of efficient digital frameworks. We believe in traceability through the chain and are highly committed to transparency towards all our stakeholders.
We are looking for a Human Resources freelancer to join our team on monthly retainer basis. The freelancer will contribute towards Attesa’s talent acquisition and recruitment process. The freelancer will work with key stakeholders and will receive project support and on-going performance feedback from relevant team members.
Tasks
- Assisting on planning and facilitating of upcoming roles at the company
- Listing job descriptions on various job portals and social media platforms
- Performing initial candidate scanning via CV reviews and discussions
- Managing the scheduling and logistics aspects of the recruitment process
Requirements
- At least 2-3 years’ experience in recruitment
- Working independently with ownership and accountability
- Exceptional writing, interpersonal and communication skills in English
